Talos properties has been created in order to guide and protect all potential home owners who wish to acquire their property in Crete. About Us

Talos was the name of a mechanical giant manufactured by the god Ephaistos in ancient Greece as a gift to King Minos in order to protect the island of Crete. Talos Properties was created in order to guide and protect all of you who wish to acquire your dream property in Crete, the island that has been loved by Gods and humans alike throughout the centuries.

At Talos Properties we pride ourselves on the fact that we are not an estate agency but rather consultants who advise our clients by listening to their needs, wants and requirements. Talos Properties offers this service to all its clients without any obligations. Having a wide experience in the property market we are able to consult our clients on many factors such as loans, laws, property maintanace, indoor decorations, outside property formations and anything that has to do with acquiring or maintaing a property.

Every property offered by Talos Preoperties has gone through a detailed check to make sure that everything is correct in order to be bought by our clients. We work with professional solicitors, architects, engineers, accountants, currency companies, banks, insurance companies and suppliers in order to keep our clients satisfied.

Talos Properties is operated by individuals who have wide experience in the property market but above all enjoy the industry as they are property investors themselves.

Ria Kladitis the owner is a Canadian born Greek from Toronto, who has returned to the family home town of Chania. She is bilingual in English, and of course Greek. She brings her expertise in human resource management MSc, psychology and property investment to the company. As a Canadian in Greece she can understand and identify with expatriates looking to continue their lives in Greece, under the sun.

Andreas Batakis has lived in Greece, Ireland and Cyprus, acquiring a Business Administration Degree in Greece, an International Marketing Diploma and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management in Ireland. He is also a member of the UK based Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Andreas has extensive experience in helping people from all over the world to locate a home in Crete and is a founding member of the independent consultancy Talos Properties.

Our company is based on sound principles of quality and integrity, with qualified staff constantly striving for perfection through innovation. Trust, reliability and commitment are our core values in conducting business. At Talos Properties we look at all potential and existing home owners as individuals and work with them to exceed all expectations.
