Location: Almyrida, the most popular of all beach front villages in the area of Apokoronas, between Chania and Rethymno. All amenities from ATMs and beach front tavernas to super markets are located right next to this property. Almyrida village is also only a 35 minutes drive from the historical city of Chania, 30 Minutes from Souda Bay with its commercial port and within 40 minutes from Chania International Airport. Vamos, the administration center in this area, where one can find a Medical Center, schools and even more banks is located with a 10 minutes drive. Access to the plot is offered through a cement road.

Architecture: This is a single level apartment designed as a holiday home.
Internal layout: Its main entrance leads to the living area. There is also a compact but practical open plan, fully equipped kitchen. The property has two bedrooms with access and view to the communal area.
Features: All floors and bathroom walls are tiled. The kitchen cup boards have also a metallic extractor fan installed along with a cooker and a fridge freezer.
