◙           Location: Reaching the city center from these apartments is a matter of a few minutes' drive, while bus stops are in walking distance. The proximity to sandy beaches and the airport is equally close making this residential area an ideal location of tranquility within the city of Chania.

◙           Size: Each apartment is 90m2 plus 3 large balconies which exceed 25m2. Each apartment comes with a large storage room located at the basement of the building and an allocated parking space.

◙           Architecture: This is a 3 storey building with 7 apartments. There are 3 studios on the ground floor and just 2 on each floor. ◙           Features: An elevator has been installed. Autonomous heating as well as solar panel and boiler have been installed. There is a central T.V. antenna and T.V. points in each room of the house. All main floors are covered with white marble. Bedroom floors are covered with wood effect flooring. Stylish kitchen cup boards have been fitted providing adequate space. Fitted up to the ceiling wardrobes cover a whole wall in each bedroom. Quality sanitary ware has been placed in the bathroom including a bath tub. All doors are sliding from white aluminum with double glazed glass.  All internal doors are heavy duty in white finish while the main entrance has a security door.

◙           Landscaping: A tar mac road leads to the plot of this building which is fully landscaped with boundary walls and an electric car gate. There is a distinct covered parking area with an allocated parking space for each apartment. The plot is designed with style and some palm trees as well as small garden areas around it. There is something else quite original about this building. The roof terrace is organized as a communal area with a barbeque for all 7 owners of the building.

◙           Views: Sea, mountain and city views are enjoyed from each room in the apartment. The location of this building ensures that its views will not be obstructed.
