◙ Location: This property is located in Apokoronas area, situated between the cities of Chania and Rethymno. Banks, grocery stores, sandy beaches and tavernas are easily accessible within 2 minutes drive. Chania city with its international airport and busy night life is a mere 25 minutes drive.

There is a traditional open fire place on the ground floor which offers heat also to the 1st floor via an internal metallic chimney. All external windows and doors are from solid wood. A portable hydro massage mini pool has been placed on the 1st floor veranda. Wooden open slats pergolas have been constructed over each veranda.
◙ External Areas: The plot is really enclosed in the inner courtyard. This is in co ordination to the traditional character of this property and has been maintained with features such as an old stone sink and steps up to a raised terrace with a stone table and bench seating. Here there are olive and lemon trees with jasmine and hibiscus bushes. Steps lead up to a raised terrace with a wooden pergola and a wooden railing from which one has a wonderful view over the village to the mountains.
